I am a Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy TM Master Practitioner, Certified NLP Master Coach and Certified Practitioner of Quit Smoking for Health. These qualifications are certified through ABNLP, TLTA and ABH.

I am based In Sawbridgeworth (Hertfordshire) and cover an extensive area of Hertfordshire, Essex and surrounding areas.

Originally from Middlesex, I moved to Essex where I studied Counselling at college. After a few years I returned to college for further study and then moved into the Beauty and Holistic Industry and opened my own Beauty and Holistic business in Hertfordshire. I continued on my learning journey and became a Reflexology Practitioner and A Reiki Master/Teacher. Along my journey I have been fortunate to work with children, young people and adults therapeutically and currently work with people who have cancer or have had the effects of cancer. Fascinated about how the mind and body works has bought me to where I am today. I love to help people along their own journeys in life and as each of us react to an event in our lives so differently to each other, make us so unique. Now I can assist in empowering others to make beneficial changes to their lives.
