What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a process which produces a state of relaxation, a distraction of the conscious mind, allowing us to access the unconscious mind. It may be surprising to many to learn that we experience trance states often during the course of our lives.


What does hypnosis feel like?

A little like daydreaming, with a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation behind it all.


Hypnosis Examples:

Have you ever been in your car and reached your destination thinking "I don't remember passing through various places?" or sitting watching television, engrossed in what you are watching and somebody is calling you or talking to you and you don't hear them? They probably think you are ignoring them; well it's probably because you were in a trance.

Will I make you do something you don't want to do?

It's a definite No. You are totally in charge of your unconscious mind.

Will hypnotherapy work?

Through this process of hypnotherapy, it will help you to be able to remove the bad habits causing so many problems in your life. Making a change in our attitudes, beliefs and values. Since the unconscious mind runs the body, hypnosis leads us to amazing possibilities for physical healing.
